Chako dreams big and small when it comes to alternative donations (i.e., things you want to give us other than cold, hard cash!). The following are a few items from our wish list:

• Blankets
• Medium to Large dog crates
• Leashes and collars
• Strong chew toys (Hurley's, Galileo Bones, Black Kongs, Goughnuts, etc.)
• Bully sticks
• Dog food
• Strong kennels (i.e., actual modular kennels to build outdoor runs/kennel space)
• Manual Labor (that's right! If you build it, the dogs will come!)
• Volunteers (lots of them - walking dogs, hosting events, taking on chako positions like web editor, etc.)
• Foster homes (also needs LOTS of these)
• Dog Beds (especially those PVC cot type beds that are kennel-friendly and sturdy)
• Large Dog Houses (insulated, in good condition)

Some of our bigger wish list items are

• Van that runs well (for dog transports, etc.)
• Above-ground swimming pool in good condition, rectangularly shaped (for doggie sports)
• Agility equipment in good condition
