This goes to show you ANY dog can attack.Attacked by neighbors dog in Fl. at a navy base.Owner of dog says "too bad and I dont care about her face,that dog isn't going anywhere" This from an MP in the navy.I somehow feel less protected by our armed forces if most military ppl. have this ignorant thinking.This 6 yr. old will need plastic surgery as he attacked her forehead,lips and nose.
