Stray dog bites man 10 times

Winona Animal Control is on the lookout for a stray dog that bit a 29-year-old man on the arm 10 times Tuesday night, police said.
According to the police report, the man was outside with his puppy in the 600 block of Olmstead Street at about 9:30 p.m. He told officers an adult, black Labrador without a collar approached and began chasing the puppy. The man tried to shoo away the dog and was bitten, according to the report.
