Bangkok - Two dogs attacked and killed a disabled Thai women who was in the habit of hitting them with a stick, media reports said Wednesday. Tun Chomchuen, 45, was found dead Tuesday with the skin stripped off her face and head after being attacked by two Bang Kaew dogs, a Thai breed, at a horse farm in Buddhamondhol district on Nakorn Pathom province, 60 kilometres west of Bangkok.
Tun's husband, Shen Inkong, revealed that his wife, disabled in the right arm, was in the habit of hitting the dogs.
"I never imagined this would happen but my wife usually carried around a stick and hit these dogs," Shen told The Nation newspaper.
He speculated that the attack might have been prompted by some pork ribs his wife was carrying.
The Bang Kaew dog breed, from Phitsanulok province, are famed in Thailand for their fierceness and devotion to their masters.
