The victim was jogging when a recently adopted dog slipped his collar and attacked the man. The victim has interesting sentiments regarding pit bulls, and the news articles reports the dog as a pit bull several times. However, it clearly points out that the dog is actually a Pit Bull-Dalmatian mix. The dog is a mixed breed, not a purebred APBT or AST.  Consider writing a letter to the editor about unfair reporting and appropriate dangerous dog laws.
