These two documents have the same date but contain two different definitions of Pit Bull. Both definitions are problematic for the reasons stated (the DRAFT document doesn't use the word "majority" but is even more ambiguous by simply stating: "displaying the physical traits of any one or more of the above breeds"

It fails to specify how many physical traits. It also goes on to say OR "distinguishing characteristics" (which makes the definition even BROADER because it hasn't defined "distinguishing characteristics."
